This is a really nice upgrade, however, it could turn little nasty for low quality printers (like mine)
I was gonna use two part epoxy to glue my pulley wheels onto the original gears, but found out that just a press fit was good enough even for the upgraded (hacked) mobo..

Anyway, we can include these amongst the files If you don't mind. I will have to mention the printer resolution capabilities though..

No problem u can use it for the project, thats why i posted it

i think main problem is bbcs body is so tiny so i extrude body inside and now is just perfect, tested this file you posted and my printer to didnt print well
There is trick to print 3-4 same time bcs when printer come back to print plastic is already cold, when you print 1 pcs than is plastic stil hot and is hard to print good small parts _)

I print it on my Anycubic i3 mega, its still perfect printed.
When i am at home i can post my settings for the print.
