Wants to build FFB Yoke 2 - Parts and instruction

Hello,
For my birthday, I am building a full Flight Simulator rigs to prepare for my currency and additional rating. I would like some help building the FFB Yoke v2. Part list, STL file, and to another lesser extent instruction on how to put it together. Any support will be highly appreciated.
